THE FRANCHISE PROCESS
Franchising is about trust.
Trust in the the brand, the product, and the company.
Branding plays a key role in marketing and a company's success.
It's the brand that people remember. Remember Nokia? Yeah, Bad example.
Crazy Mama's Kitchen has a good ring to its name and a pretty decent marketing cache thanks to our Social Media Program (internally aka SusMarya). But remember getting noticed is only part of the key to success.
There are no bad products, only bad pricing
The food-crazy founders of Crazy Mama's Kitchen take this to heart. So much so that a core metric of our products has always been Quality-to-Price. Is our P209 Killer Kaldereta the best Kaldereta in that price point? We think so. In fact, we think we punch above our price point. Raving reviews and repeat business from our loyal customers and fans attest to this.
Getting the right balance between Price and Quality is again only another part of the key to success.
Company = Systems + People
A crazy housewife, a Tiktok Star , two IT Professionals, and a Doctor walk into a bar... ok, no bar jokes.
Crazy Mamas Kitchen Incorporated (CMK) is a family-owned corporation ran by food- people. Varied backgrounds bring varied experiences to the table, offering different insights from different industries. Insights that lead to innovation like our Customer Relation Management software (CRM) having automations in place for Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT) triggered for EVERY completed order from our online stores. We take Quality to heart and make sure to deliver quality consistently, hence processes in place. Then there's the... wait!!! We can't share all our toys here. ^_^ Systems are in place to scale and scaling is another part of the key to success.

Finally, there is you, the would-be Franchisee.
To quote RK Franchising's Franchisor Manual "it's like a marriage - it should last forever or at least 5-10 years."
The success of a franchise depends on both parties committing to stay true to the established system.
Franchising is not having to reinvent the wheel, it's buying the wheel as designed by the franchisor and working with the franchisor to win the race with it.
